School of Education Makerere University is a National

experience in the liberation struggle, the School is

 School
of Education, Makerere University is famous world wide
for its quality teaching and research. It emphasises
innovative research and encourages students to offer
the course. It has got research professionals and its
staff is involved in various research projects annually.

international reputation enables it to offer a wide
range of academic courses for both graduate and under
graduate students. By making use of the latest technologies
and with its strong teaching staff supported by a diverse
research, School of Education is able to offer a wide
choice of interdisciplinary courses in humanities and
science.
 School
of Education places a high value on
providing its students with a fulfilling education in
their chosen courses. However, in addition to giving
students a firm academic foundation, the school also
offers practical career advice and support mainly through
school practice / internship, which is mandatory to
all under graduate and post graduate diploma students.
This is mainly intended to make practical use of knowledge
